At the beginning of year 2020, a group of multidisciplinary professionals with wide experience in the renewable industry joined forces to create ALIENTA Renovables with the aim of putting our knowledge and expertise at the service of companies and individuals in the development of their projects and in the valuation of their assets, also assisting investors in the search for assets to invest. In January 2022 there was a change in the shareholding of ALIENTA, becoming led by the two independent partners, focused since 2017 on financial advice after their long professional careers in the sector and financial companies.
Our team has participated in renewable transactions for more than 5 billion euros, focusing in the last stage on advising on the sale and purchase of wind farms and PV plants and collaborating with some of the main investors and industrialists in the sector, as well as with small and medium-sized developers.
